In my approach to taxation, I firmly believe that tax dollars must be spent judiciously, with a commitment to efficiency and a focus on lowering the tax burden when feasible. Like an archer aiming for the bullseye, precision and careful consideration are essential. As a Davis County Commissioner, I will collaborate with fellow elected officials to meticulously examine government expenditures, identifying and eliminating redundancies to streamline processes. By fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility, we can work towards ensuring that every tax dollar is invested wisely, benefitting the residents of Davis County. Lowering taxes is a goal, and through strategic assessments and improvements in government efficiency, we can enhance the overall economic health of the community while hitting the bullseye of our fiscal targets.
